Thermoplastic Comfort System was founded in 2000 by Marilin Posca and Alex Posca. Marilin and Alex come from a long line of dental professionals and innovators. With over 10 dental enterprises in the family ranging from Dental Offices to dental product & equipment manufacturers and designers, tcs® understands precisely the needs of Dentist, Labs and most importantly, Patients.

MARILIN POSCA President and Founder
Marilin has devoted her entire career to the manufacture and sale of high quality dental products. She has been a leader in developing international markets for dental thermoplastics. The sense of trust and respect that typifies the relationship between tcs®, Inc. and its customers is a direct result of her combination of industry knowledge and dedication.
ALEX POSCA Senior Vice President and Director of Engineering
Alex has been a pioneer in the field of designing and manufacturing dental products and equipment for over 32 years. He has invented several groundbreaking dental products:
- the Elasti-Grip™ Partial Denture
- the tcs Totally Natural Denture
- the tcs Unbreakable Partial
- and the patent-pending AdvantaLock™ Claspless Partial Denture.
As the founder of two highly successful dental laboratories and two dental offices, Alex is especially sympathetic to the needs and requirements of the laboratory, Dr. and patient. He overseas all technical aspects of tcs® Inc.'s product design and manufacturing process and leads informative seminars and workshops in all phases of denture design and fabrication worldwide.
PATRICIA POSCA General Manager
Patricia joined the tcs® Inc. staff in 2005 after 20 years of working internationally in large dental laboratories and dental supply companies specializing in dental thermoplastics. She oversees every aspect of tcs®, Inc's manufacturing, packaging and shipping processes.
