- Excessive holding of the telephone between the head and shoulder may contribute to TMJ disorders.
Q: How do I know if I need a nightguard?
A: If you have some TMJ disorder symptoms or suspect that you may have a TMJ disorder, visit your dentist for an evaluation and a treatment plan.
Q: Will I be able to talk with my nightguard on?
A: Not really, the tcs® Nightguard is designed to wear while you sleep. It can be worn during the day, but speaking will be limited.
