Chairside time is significantly reduced with tcs® Nightguards, simply submerge the nightguard in hot water for approximately 30 seconds, the nightguard will become pliable and soft. When the nightguard cools to a tolerable temperature, gently insert it into the patients’ mouth and have your patient bite down gently for approximately 15 seconds.
